My Best Friend's Wedding (Part 1)

The year of weddings for our friends has officially begun, and it started off with Matt + Meara's amazing wedding weekend in Florida!

Art Fusion 2009.

Last weekend was the 2nd Annual Art Fusion party at the Columbus Museum of Art

The party was a HUGE success + it was the most fun I've had in a long time

What a wonderful summer it has been and there is still a month left :)

beautiful bridesmaids (part 1)

Generally speaking i think bridesmaid dresses are ugly -
so i am determined to find something that all of my wonderful bridesmaids will like.
I'm realistic enough to know that none of them will ever wear the dress again,
but i want them to at least feel beautiful on that day.
At the moment i am loving different styles (and colors!) of Vineyard dresses.
What do you think??

I adore ballet flats + when i saw these shoes at J.Crew (on super-sale!) I knew they were perfect for the big day!

Wedding Planning part 1 - Reception Hall

We set a date!
We will be married October 16th, 2010.
At first I wasn't thrilled about waiting that long, but we had our hearts set on having our reception at the Columbus Museum of Art and its under renovation until next September -
The cool part is we will be the first wedding in the new museum!

It's been 10 days since he proposed and it still doesn't seem real -

I am one very lucky girl.

Wex Drive-In is back!

The Wexner Center's June feature is the horror classic The Wolf Man
and the action gets going especially early as GenWex presents a warm-up party (starting at 6:30 PM) where you can listen to the vintage R & B, soul, and new wave DJ trueskillz spins to get the evening started.

As always, you'll be able to sip beverages from the cash bar and nibble on free snacks of Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams and Pam's Market Popcorn. Adding to variety is the RadDogs Hotdogs cart, where vegan wares will be available for purchase.
