Rehearsal dinner attire...Part 2

I just found this dress on the J.Crew website
and my heart skipped a beat. It's pretty pricey,
but might be a better option for our rehearsal dinner.
Which do you like best,
this one or the green Kate Spade?

i love this dress! i think the green dress is lovely too (it would look great with your coloring). but, i think you would end up wearing the lace dress more. love the scalloped hem!
