Kate Spade.
She really does have the most incredible style! Everything she comes up with, whether it be shoes, handbags or umbrellas is always classic and lovely. Her new Vase collection is no exception. Here are a few of my favorites:

Necessary Amenity's.
I love the entire Amenity collection, and especially love the artwork and bedding. Their large-scale, botanical silhouettes are earthy and refreshing, and the color schemes make each piece simply elegant. The best part of all is their prices! (Via Outblush).

I heart: ABICI Bicycle's.
ABICI’s concept is to produce a bike that is high on style and quality and low on pointless accessories and branding (there’s not so much as a logo anywhere on an ABICI). Handmade in a dedicated workshop which is one of only three remaining factories in Italy that still builds complete bikes. I love these bicycles! I love the colors they come in, the clean lines of their design, and the fact that you have to back-petal to break! They are pricey and hard to find, but I image well worth it!

Freddy & Ma.
Freddy & Ma is a delightful website because you are able to design your very own handbag. They offer 6 different styles of bags, 5 different leather trim colors, and over 100 pattern options! Here are a few styles that I especially enjoy:

Peeptoe Mary Janes.
I LOVE THESE SHOES! I have never been a huge fan of Chrisitan Louboutin shoes, I never even fell into the wooden heel craze this fall, but I do love these shoes. Available at Barneys.

Toms Shoes.
Toms Shoes are a footwear line started by Blake Mycoskie, who, inspired by the poverty he witnessed during a trip in Argentina, began the company to 'make life more comfortable'. The shoes are an adapted version of alpargatas (a traditional utility shoe worn by Argentinian workers), and come in a huge variety of colors and prints. The materials and shoes are produced in Argentina anti-sweatshop style, using fair labor practices and minimal impact on the environment. Most significantly, with every purchase of Toms, Blake has made the commitment to give a pair to a South American child in need. I found out about Toms Shoes from my sister Danielle who ordered a pair for her and her husband. I can't decide if I really like them or if I just want a pair because Sienna Miller has them??

Pete & Lucy.
I first want to apologize about the poor quality of these photographs, they were taken from my camera phone. I thought however, that they were the perfect way to celebrate a Friday afternoon. Have a lovely weekend!

So long, fare well...
I've never been a huge Wendy's fan, and I haven't been to the original downtown location since my field trip to Cosi in the 4th grade, but that didn't stop me from getting sad when I heard the first Wendy's ever was closing its doors.

Only in my dreams...
...could I actually have this bag, given that it's price tag oddly resembles my paycheck, but I still absolutely adore it!

BITTEN REVEALED!
The details behind SJP's first-ever clothing line:
On Monday, The Daily revealed that Sarah Jessica Parker was planning to announce plans for Bitten, a new clothing line the actress was working on. Here are more details:
-First off, how the line was named: according to a company release, “Bitten” was driven by Parker’s reaction when she was first introduced to Steve & Barry’s. “Parker was blown away by the company’s mission and bitten by the Steve & Barry’s bug after walking into a Steve & Barry’s store for the first time.”
-The Bitten collection is Parker’s first-ever apparel line, which she teamed up with Steve & Barry’s to produce. The collection aims to offer high-quality, affordably priced sportswear for women of all ages and sizes. Steve & Barry’s were, in 2005, given the Hot Retailer of the Year award from the International Council of Shopping Centers.
-The pieces will be sold exclusively at all Steve & Barry’s shopping mall locations across the country beginning June 7, with every item priced at $19.98 or less. The collection will boast an assortment of over 150 styles and more than 400 apparel and accessory items and grown to nearly 500 apparel and accessories by August with the introduction of the fall line.
-Key looks from the summer and fall lines include suit separates in a wool blend with stretch; lightweight wovens; basic black cotton dresses; a denim collection; tees in cotton jersey; nightgowns; swimwear, and accessories including handbags, totes, jewelry, belts, and footwear.
-The collection will be merchandised in a store-within-a-store environment featuring specially designed fixtures, signage packages, and plasma monitors running segments of The Bitten Story, a documentary on Parker’s life and her vision for the line.
Said Parker, “Women should be able to wear great clothes and not lie in bed at night feeling guilty about how much money they’ve spent. High quality, luxurious clothes do not need to cost as much as we’ve been led to think.”
I CAN'T WAIT!

Cool artist: Megan Sant.
Megan Sant (who I just found out went to Upper Arlington!) paints abstract imagery, inspired from her surrounding lanscape. I love how all of her work is sensitive, whimsical and self revealing. I found her work at the Roy G Biv gallery in the Short North. These are some of my favorites!
